Here at Lower Delta Partnership we have been busy getting a year of events planned. We are so excited about what we have to offer the MS Delta this month. We will be kicking off our Lower Delta Talks on March 17, 2026 with a familiar story retold by a published historian. We’ve also added a field trip talk, a talk geared toward kids, and a talk with childcare available. Our goal is to present the Lower Delta Talk Series to as many folks as we can. Remember, like most all of our events, the talks are free and open to the public.
We are so excited to announce our new, upcoming event: Delta @ Five! This event will be a time to bring your lawn chairs and/or blankets to downtown Rolling Fork to enjoy LIVE MUSIC and GREAT FOOD! Our first Delta @ Five will be on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 5pm at and around Sunflower Corner in downtown Rolling Fork. Live music will be provided by Keith Johnson who will be making a stop in Rolling Fork before continuing on with his current tour with Morgan Freeman’s Blues Symphonic Orchestra. We have several food trucks scheduled to be onsite if you’d like to purchase food or you are welcome to pack a picnic for this fun, family friendly event.
This represents just a few of our upcoming events, please follow us on social media and sign up for our newsletter, or just come back here for more updates. We hope to see you in the Delta soon!
