Butterfly Size: 1 3/4 – 2 5/16 inches

Habitats: Brushy fields, edges of woods, gardens, and other disturbed open habitats.

Vine legumes including:

  • various beans 
  • hog peanuts
  • beggar’s ticks 
  • blue peas 
  • wisteria

FOOD PLANTS

Flower nectar from a variety of plants including:
